Why I created
Physio Relief.
For years, I treated people dealing with lower back pain, stiffness, and everyday strain. Again and again, I saw the same story. Some of the hardest working people in America were carrying the heaviest burden.
Truck drivers. Delivery drivers. RV travelers. Men and women spending long hours behind the wheel just to keep life moving.
They were not sitting in comfort. They were sitting through pain.

Many of my patients told me the same thing. After hours on the road, their lower backs felt tight, tired, and unsupported. By the end of the day, even simple things like standing up, walking into the house, or relaxing with family had become difficult.
The people who help keep America running deserve better support than that.
That idea stayed with me.
I wanted to create something practical for real everyday life. Something that could help support the lower back, provide warmth, and bring relief after long hours of driving, working, or sitting. Something simple enough to use at home, on the road, or anywhere recovery matters.
That became Physio Relief.
This brand was inspired by the people who put in the miles, do the long shifts, and keep this country moving forward. If I could help make their days more comfortable and their recovery a little easier, then I knew it was worth building.
Because when your back is carrying the weight of the day, relief should not feel out of reach.

What does LumbarRelief™ actually do?
LumbarRelief™ combines adjustable lower-back support with heat therapy and 3 vibration massage modes. The wrap-around design helps provide a more secure, supported feeling around your lower back, while the heat and massage functions can be switched on when you want extra comfort.
You can also wear it purely as a support belt without using the electronic features.
Will LumbarRelief™ fit me?
LumbarRelief™ uses adjustable fastening and tension straps, so you can loosen or tighten the belt until it feels secure without being overly restrictive.
For the best fit, position it around your lower back and waist, fasten the main closure first, then adjust the support straps evenly on both sides. It should feel snug and supportive, but you should still be able to breathe and move comfortably.
Can I wear it over my clothes?
Yes. Many customers prefer wearing LumbarRelief™ over a thin T-shirt or other lightweight clothing, especially during longer sessions.
It can also be worn closer to the body if that feels comfortable, but placing a thin layer of clothing between your skin and the belt can make extended wear more comfortable.
What comes with my LumbarRelief™?
Your package includes the LumbarRelief™ support belt, detachable battery/controller, USB-C charging cable, instruction guide, and the included warming sachets/accessories shown on the product page.
Everything you need to start using the belt is included in the package.
How does the 30-Day Risk-Free Trial work?
You have 30 days to try LumbarRelief™ and decide whether it’s right for you.
Use it at home, test the fit, and see how it feels during the situations you purchased it for. If you decide it isn’t right for you within the trial period, contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the return process in accordance with our return policy.
What is your return and refund policy?
We want you to feel comfortable trying LumbarRelief™ at home. Every order is covered by our 30-Day Risk-Free Trial, giving you time to test the fit, support, heat, and massage functions in your normal routine.
If LumbarRelief™ isn’t right for you, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery and we’ll guide you through the return process.
To help us process your request quickly, please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. If there’s an issue with your product, sending a photo or short video can also help our team resolve it faster.
Once an approved return has been received and checked, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery generally takes 6–14 days after your order has been dispatched.
Processing time happens before the parcel enters transit. If you select Priority Shipping, your order is moved forward in our fulfilment queue so it can be prepared and dispatched as soon as possible. Priority Shipping speeds up processing, but carrier transit times can still vary depending on your location.
